TopicFollow operates News Track, and these terms apply to the public site and account features currently offered in the United States and European Union.

This version of the terms is effective as of 2026-04-17.

News Track is a tracking product that organizes reporting into topics, events, and sources so readers can follow change over time rather than browse a generic news homepage.

Features, routes, visible content, and product presentation may change over time as News Track evolves, and some parts of the service may be updated, limited, or removed.

News Track works to keep the service available and useful, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every topic, event, source, or article listing will always be complete or current.

News Track may change, pause, or discontinue features or portions of the service at any time, including for maintenance, product improvements, or operational reasons.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the account information they provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, and for activity that occurs through their accounts.

If News Track detects abuse, suspicious activity, or terms violations, the service may limit, suspend, or remove access while the issue is reviewed.

News Track summarizes and organizes reporting from tracked sources, but it does not claim that every source, topic, or event is complete, exhaustive, or continuously available.

News Track provides tracking, organization, and presentation tools. It does not guarantee that information is fully comprehensive, real-time, free of omissions, or suitable for any specific legal, financial, business, or editorial decision.

Users may not interfere with the service, bypass protections, scrape restricted product areas, abuse account workflows, or use the product in ways that harm the platform or other users.

You may not use News Track to violate laws, infringe the rights of others, gain unauthorized access, overload service infrastructure, or misuse content and account features.

News Track may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if it reasonably believes an account is being used in violation of these terms, in a harmful way, or in a way that creates security or operational risk.

News Track may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

When you use account features, you agree to receive electronic communications needed for account security, password resets, and important service status notices.

Product update email and marketing or recommendation email are optional subscriptions. They should only be sent after opt-in and should include a durable unsubscribe or preference-management path.
